      (if the sub-minimum is not reached in the ownership component) – this may impact on your organisation’s ability to qualify for tenders,
      contracts and other business opportunities
    2. Your company will face severe penalties for failing to comply with the requirements of the employment equity act.
    3. Disqualification from accessing SDL refunds and SETA grants
